The Ainscough Bar & Bistro is located in what used to be the drawing room and lounge of the hall when it was the Ainscough families private residence.

The focal point of this room has to be the antique bars which have been beautifully hand carved and have been reclaimed from halls and churches across Europe with some pieces dating back to 1665.

Attached to the bar area is the Orangery which was opened in April 05 and has a more modern design making it popular for small conferences, private dining and civil ceremonies.

The Ainscough Bar & Bistro is open every day and offers a good selection of traditional cask ales, premium lagers, spirits and wines.

The bar is popular at both lunchtimes and evenings when our varied menu and special board is available offering a wide selection of home cooked food sourced from our local suppliers.

Children are welcome, and Sunday lunch is very popular with both friends and families alike.
